The new products launched by COVNA this season will solve the four "how" we just mentioned.This is the new product launched by our COVNA this quarter: intelligent irrigation control valve series. Intelligent irrigation control valve is a device that utilizes advanced technology to regulate water flow in irrigation systems. Let's take a closer look at its components.


Solar panel, this is a split solar panel design. It can be integrated with the actuator, or it can be installed separately in a place where it is easier to get sunlight.



Actuator, it is equipped with four 18650 batteries, and the torque of the actuator can reach 60N.m. The connection standard conforms to ISO5211, and is suitable for most valve connections on the market, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.

External antenna, enhance the signal to ensure normal signal transmission.

Valve body, the standard configuration is UPVC plastic ball valve or butterfly valve, of course, you can choose a better material according to the pH of the medium.

This is a mobile app or computer remote control valve, no need to install a control cabinet, more convenient and simple to install and use.

This is a battery-powered valve. The 5W solar panel supplements the power of 4pcs 18650 batteries. It can maintain the working capacity of the actuator for about 25 days in continuous rainy days.

DC5-30V power supply can be connected externally standby function, more energy-saving and power-saving, longer battery life!

Interfaces for flowmeters and pressure gauges are reserved. Connecting to flowmeters can control irrigation water consumption and record statistical water consumption; if it is connected to a pressure gauge, the pressure data of the pipeline can be known.

The operation interface is simple and clear, and the operation functions are relatively comprehensive to meet different irrigation needs

Single control, the opening and closing degree of the valve can be set according to the percentage of 0-100% to open or close, and the adjustment error can reach 1%.

Time control, it can control the irrigation time cycle control, multi-frequency irrigation throughout the day.

Timing control, it can set the opening time, irrigation time, or irrigation capacity, valve opening and closing percentage, programmable setting of 20 timing tasks. 

Group control, the valves of the same project group can be set to facilitate management.

Capacity control, Flowmeters are required for capacity control.
sequence loop control，When we set a certain program, when the device has power, it can continue to work according to the set content even after the network is disconnected.

At the same time, on the interface, we can also see the power display, signal strength, and the working status of the valve; there are also fault alarms and water shortage alarms. Allow users to monitor the condition of the valve in real time, making users more at ease.

At present, the protection level of this valve reaches IP67 and can be installed outdoors.
The APP mobile terminal is connected through the 4G network, and there is Lora and the NB-iot communication protocol is optional.
